Overview: In April 2019, I joined IBM in the Cloud, Data & AI org where I conduct mixed-method studies using behavioral analytic tools and qualitative research to evaluate the digital journey of multiple products. This encompasses the product’s organic search presence, how the user evaluates their options, as well as the usability of its marketing website, registration, trial, and overall subscription experience.
I concluded my first project and then I went to Austin that summer for an intense 6-week design bootcamp (you can read details on that project here). I returned to the studio in San Jose and continued my work on Watson tools.
